We operate synthovolt.com and related products including Kundi (kundi.ng) and KudiFlow (kudiflow.ng). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Data We Collect

We collect data in the following ways:

Contact form submissions

Full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, enquiry type, and message content.

Careers applications

Full name, email, phone, role applied for, cover letter, and CV file (PDF or DOCX).

Analytics

Page views, referrer URLs, session duration, and device type via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use Google Analytics.

UTM parameters

Campaign source, medium, and campaign name from inbound URLs for attribution purposes.

We do not collect payment card information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through this website.

How We Use Your Data

Contact enquiries

To respond to your message, route your enquiry to the appropriate team, and log it in our CRM for follow-up.

Job applications

To evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you about the process, and store your application for up to 12 months.

Analytics

To understand how visitors use the site and improve content and performance. Data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.

Marketing

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you opt in to updates at a future date, you may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Processors

Your data is processed by the following sub-processors:

Brevo (Sendinblue)

Transactional email delivery for form notifications and application confirmations. Data processed in the EU under standard contractual clauses.

Vercel

Web hosting and serverless functions. Data may transit through their global edge network. Vercel is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Internal CRM

Enquiries and applications are stored in our internal customer relationship management system, accessible only to authorised Synthovolt staff.

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention

• Contact enquiries: retained for 24 months from submission, then permanently deleted.
• Job applications: retained for 12 months from the application date, or longer if we extend a job offer. You may request early deletion at any time.
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; retained indefinitely as it contains no personal identifiers.
• Cookies: see our Cookie Policy for individual cookie lifespans.

Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Eraseyour data (“right to be forgotten”).

Security
